Another successful night at the Old Chicago’s in Southlands – Aurora, Colorado. 6 teams kicked off Denver’s BEST Bar Trivia Games, tonight. 10 teams played and we ended with 6 teams. Burnout Grill- Milliken, Colorado

Small Town-Small Crowd-BIG FUN, that’s the best formula I can think ofto explain Jammin’ Trivia on Thursday nights at The Burnout Grill in Milliken. Tonight saw only 4 teams, (3 of whom we see each and every week, and one from merry ole England,) But was a super fun way to spend Thursday night. 97 points was enough to take home First place for the Mixed Nuts, who took second place last week, and the Shamrocks who won last week took home 2nd place honors tonight. Our English friends called themselves “The Outlanders” and took home 3rd prize, ironically because they knew that the name of Roy Rogers horse was Trigger, a decidedly American Iconic question, Jolly Good show y’all J

C.B. & Potts- Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Tonight’s winners (Team Retirement) started from behind and literally worked their way all the way to first place throughout the course of the game. They just barely beat Team Sub Zero. I think the gap was about 3 points. Intense game! Team Retirement was definitely due for a win. They’ve been coming out for a few weeks now and have gone home empty handed each time. However, this week they decided to just go ahead and take 1st place while correcting my spelling errors and teaching me about humming birds at the same time. Team Don’t Know Jack decided to join us again this week after no-showing their title match last week. The break must’ve dulled their senses because they didn’t even place this time! Oh well, hopefully we’ll see them again next week to try again!
